No problems with the stay. Staff was friendly. Beds comfortable. Losing a star due to the hallways smelling like cigarette smoke, a small stain I saw on the bedding I thought was obvious, and damage to a vehicle in the lot during a storm that was more than likely an outside factor but we couldn't figure out where it came from. Would and most likely will stay again.
Wonderful stay! Friendly staff from check in to check out. Small breakfast but there were waffles and pancakes. The staff for the shuttle to the luke Bryan concert were so nice and 20$ for a ride there and back wasn't bad. Clean room and bathroom, even the fridge was spotless!! Decent price a hotel down the street from darien lake instead of being in a tent. :)
Good location, there is a subway sandwich shop right next door. Rooms are cozy and clean but we're a little too dim. Went to breakfast which is served from 6-10am. There was not as much variety (bagels, waffles, pancakes, mini donuts, 2 cereals) but was fine for a small breakfast.
Staff is AWESOME!!! Rooms are better than OK. Shows age but... Clean. Bed is semi soft. Pillows suck. Water pressure average. Plenty of hot water. If you request a refridg./micro., make sure STAFF actually goes in room and checks before you get there
Our second stay here and getting better every time. Staff was great and very hospitable. Our hostess Marion was helpful and friendly, also the wonderful woman refilling breakfast did a great job especially being short handed. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortably. Great stay!
